Do you deliver across Pakistan?
Yes — we deliver nationwide, right to your doorstep, from Karachi to Khyber.

How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free on all orders over Rs. 4,999. For smaller orders a standard delivery charge applies and is shown at checkout.

How long will my order take?
Orders are dispatched within 2–4 working days. Delivery then takes 3–5 working days to major cities and 5–7 working days to other areas.

Can I open the parcel before paying?
Yes! We let you inspect your parcel at the door. If you’re not satisfied, simply refuse it before paying — no charges, no hassle.

What payment methods do you accept?
Cash on Delivery (COD) nationwide, plus bank transfer and digital payment options.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Yes — within 7 days of receiving your order, on unworn items with tags attached. Please see our Refund Policy for details (small courier-cost deductions apply to parcels that were received and then returned).

What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
Message us within 24 hours of delivery on WhatsApp (+92 326 8201163) with clear photos and we’ll make it right — with no deductions.
