Shipping Locations

We currently ship all over Pakistan. International shipping is not available at this time.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–4 working days after confirmation.

Delivery Time

  • Major cities: 3–5 working days
  • Other cities and remote areas: 5–7 working days
  • Delivery times may vary due to public holidays, weather conditions, or courier delays.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout or communicated at the time of order confirmation.

Urgent or special delivery requests may carry additional charges.

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment options:

Courier Service

Tracking details will be shared once the order is dispatched, where applicable.

Delays & Responsibility

Zardham is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, natural circumstances, strikes, or unforeseen situations beyond our control.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details, including address and contact number.

Zardham will not be responsible for delayed or returned parcels due to incorrect information.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear pictures as proof. Claims made after 24 hours may not be entertained.
