Refund policy

1. The 7-Day Window
You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. After this period, we are unable to process any returns.

2. Refund Conditions & Deductions
To maintain our quality standards and cover processing costs, the following conditions apply to all refunds:

  • Fixed Delivery Charge: A flat fee of 250 PKR will be deducted from the total refund amount to cover the initial shipping and handling costs.
  • Tax Deductions: A total of 5% tax will be deducted from the refund amount. This is broken down as follows:
    • 4% Standard Sales Tax
    • 1% General Sales Tax (GST)
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

3. Refund Calculation Example
If your order total was 5,000 PKR:

  • Total - 250 (Delivery) - 250 (5% Tax) = 4,500 PKR Refunded.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or Email. In these specific cases, the delivery and tax deductions may be waived at our discretion.

5. Process & Timeline

  1. Request: Contact us via WhatsApp at [Insert Number] with your Order ID.
  2. Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, it will undergo a quality check.
  3. Payout: Approved refunds are processed via Bank Transfer or original payment method within 5-7 business days.
