Delivery Timeline

Orders are usually delivered within 3–5 working days.

Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or logistical issues (the universe sometimes has other plans).

Parcel Inspection

All parcels are delivered in official Zardham packaging. Customers may request to open the parcel at the time of delivery. Do not accept the parcel if it appears tampered with or does not have Zardham branding. Once accepted, responsibility shifts faster than a courier on payday.

Returns & Exchanges

Any return or exchange request must be reported within 7 days of delivery. The product tag must remain intact and not removed. Items without tags will not be eligible—fashion rules are strict like that. The return or exchange process may take 10–15 working days to complete. In case of return only product price will be refunded. It does not include delivery charges

Refunds & Exchanges Processing

Refunds or exchanges will be initiated only after confirmation and inspection of the returned product. Once approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method or an exchange will be dispatched accordingly.
